Hi all

I'm another BariatricPal refugee.

I had RNY on 31 Aug 2016. I'm so glad I did it. I'm down 80 lbs since surgery and 140 over the whole journey . I'm looking forward to meeting all of you and getting some good support!

Thank you for the intro. We have a very lively RNY forum with lots of vets (5 years +) who are around every day. There is also an awesome Menu post every day, which will help keep you accountable among your peers.
