My 600-lb. Life Where are they now? Lupe and Ashley.

It looks like the show is starting to go back and update us on some of the stories. I watched my recorded show and they had an update on Lupe and Ashley.

They both have lost hundreds of pounds after a lot of struggle. Don't we all... Lupe has left her husband and while I think that was an enabling relationship on both sides, it appears she is finding her way. OMGosh they removed 32 pounds of skin off her abdomen, that alone would make it hard to get around.

Ashley was doing great but made the mistake we all do, and ate too little ending up losing her gall bladder. She wanted to get to her goal weight faster so Dr. Now would gave her skin removal surgery. When they told her to eat more she ended up gaining and stumbling as we have all done. She is now back on track and is getting her skin removal surgery.

This journey we are all on is so complex, those smarter than me still don't have all the answers. I am glad they are going back and showing us what has happened and look forward to the other updates.

Dr. Now said sometimes after WLS if you eat too little you get gall stones and she did and was in pain so they decided to remove it. I lost mine years ago Bye! Bye!

The gallbladder is my second favorite bladder.

I am glad Lupe found the courage to leave her husband, it was such a toxic relationship. I love it when they do updates.

I'm curious to see whatever became of Penny from a few seasons back. She lives (lived???) about an hour north of me (I'm in Baltimore) and I go through that area occasionally, thought I may bump into Edgar at the grocery store or fast food drive-in sometime.

Try googling her name John and see if there is an update?
