Can't seem to upload my "after" picture.

Is there something I'm missing? I can't figure out how to upload my after pic. When I click on the link to upload it, it starts working then I get an error message. TIA

I have had the same problem when I try to upload from my phone.... doesn't happen if I use my laptop...

The error message is "a problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded". I'm trying to upload the photo on my iPad, I don't have another computer to use. I have no problem adding photos using the + symbol on the upper right side of this page but can't upload to my before and after section.
