I've been loving Fage full fat greek yogurt with SF chocolate pudding powder. What's your favorite way to eat yogurt?

Vanilla Greek yogurt with frozen (but defrosted) raspberries. Sometimes I'll add lemon extract for a Raspberry lemon flavor. Sometimes I'll add granola, or Cheerios.

I make my yogurt in my Instant Pot, and break it down into four containers, three servings each. Then I flavor them: Pumpkin w/ pie spice and sweetner; s/f pistachio or butterscotch pudding; s/f raspberry syrup; s/f caramel syrup.

Never heard of mixing yogurt with cottage cheese... will have to try that out!

32 oz 2% Fage, Truvia to taste, 8 oz organic mango chunks.

Any favored fruit, I like to use frozen varieties because they are easy to access.

Makes a great breakfast or an evening snack.

Recently I've added some SF lemon pudding, but then I thin it out again with a bit of SF vanilla coffee creamer.
