Scary... I agree. Luckily most of us can prevent it but like you say sometimes it is just eating in time etc. agree nice to have company in the beginning like 2010-2011 I remember mentioning to my primary care and physician assistant for my WLS surgeon and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Went to see Thor the newest movie so late in 2017. I had run 5 miles, and ran home to shower and make the movie. No protein in my system for at least 12 hours. Made the smart decision to have a junior popcorn and crunch a bunch candy. I remember having a hand full of crunch a bunch. I woke up during the fight scene of the movie. They tell me that is 40 mins into the movie. Crazy.

It really is super scary but once we understand what is happening and know the early signs it doesn't have to get that bad.
