Yikes! 5 grams protein for 116 calories? I get 12 grams protein for 80 calories with light greek yogurt. No, thanks.

"milk is pure white, mild tasting, high in milk fat, protein and calcium but lower in cholesterol than cow's milk. It is more easily digested and makes excellent yogurt and cheese" sounds impressive
