vitamins and the gastric sleeve

I am having a hard time taking any type of chewable vitamins. I just ordered the patch for my multi vitamins but i dont like the taste of my chewable calcium, any suggestions on this?

I hope you can find something that you can at least tolerate.

You don't have to take chewable vitamins or bariatric-marketed vitamins post-op. You can take regular vitamins and if they're too big, use a pill cutter to make them smaller.

Thank you so much for telling me I can take in pill form, I would rather do that instead of taking any type of pills I have to taste (yukk) as long as I can take these I will do so. Thank's for your help during my recent journey..

calcium/vit d patch.

I now started using the multivitamin patch and much happier.

they also have a separate calcium vit d patch. What is in the multi patch alone is not enough calcium and vit d.
