Which forum would I find the best information?

Hi Members,

I am 2 weeks post op from a medical revision from gastric sleeve, (stricture, severe gastritis/GERD, hernia, etc) leading to too much weight loss. I had lost too much weight to have RNY by that point, (safely) and so a very conservative Bilroth 2 procedure/bypass was done similar to the mini gastric bypass revision. I had roughly 80 cm or around 1 meter bypassed with an omega loop. I am doing so much better now. From recovery I was able to resume hydration and I am meeting/exceeding daily hydration, protein and getting as many liquid calories as I can right now. I see that the MGB forum is not very active and I would like to participate more fully. The surgeon said that I should consider myself as a bypass nutritionally and as far as vitamins and such go even though my bypass is very small. Opinions on where I would best fit in to post?

As Grim said, head on over to the RNY forum for great support and information. Check out the daily eating thread. I get a lot of my eating ideas there
