Success in all areas of life begins with reasonable goals and determination to meet them. OH members have been creating and sharing their own customizable goals on ObesityHelp.com by utilizing the Goals System accessible from your profile. Whether your goals deal with your career, your family, your spiritual and emotional well-being or something completely other, you can share them there, and share your successes with others!
