Does Tricare cover cosmetic surgery in the states?

I live in Germany but we're due to leave next summer. We were stationed in Fort Bragg before we came here and cosmetic surgery was done at Womack Army Medical Center for dependents. I'd like to get breast implants but I don't know if I should pay to get it done here or wait until we get back to the states. Tricare will not pay for dependents here in Germany to have the surgery. Does anyone have any information about military hospitals in the states performing cosmetic surgery on dependents? If you know of any, please give me the hospital name and contact information. I'd really appreciate it. "Walk like it's for sale and the rent is due."
