The Happy and Healthy Side of Me will have its Meeting on Monday, May 1, 2006 from 6:30 - 8 at New Public Library on Macon Road Guest Speaker: Mattie from Heavenly Hands....she will be speaking about Ion Cleanse. She said she will speak for about 15 minutes and then some questions and answers. Then the rest of the time we also will be discussing Calcium and taking personal accountability. Please join us. Everyone is welcome to come. I hope to see a great turn out. Next month, the nutrionist from Martin Army Community Hospital will be our guest speaker. He is an awesome nutrionist, Lt. John Poyourow.
