New here with questions

Hey everyone! I just found this board today and am quite excited about it. I had my nipples pierced about 3.5 months ago and am 15 lbs from goal. With plastic surgery coming up, what can I do so that my piercings won't close during the surgery? I saw some people talking about acrylic barbells and am wondering do they have acrylic rings? I love my piercings and won't let them close not even for surgery. That was really painful getting them done and my left one is a bit ****ed because I almost passed out while he was doing it.
