No, not cigs, but meats.

I bought a smoker/grill about a month ago and have been attempting to master the art of smoking meats. So far I've done a brisket (Texas style), cilantro lime chicken, ribs, sirloin, etc. Yesterday I smoked a pork butt (aka shoulder) for 8 hours. It was unreal! It's pretty much an idiot proof meat because of the fat content, but I couldn't believe how juicy it was. My family went nuts over it.

I'm going to do salmon later this week.
