Boron question . . .

For those recommending this to help with calcium absorption, quick question . . .

Does it have to be taken with the Calcium necessarily or can I incorporate it into another of my doses, just so long as I'm getting it in the body?

Is there really a dose when you don't take calcium?  I just add calcium into every vitamin dose (except iron)...

I do the same as Kayla and take a dose of boron every time I take calcium.

Unless you are taking iron (which I know you aren't) you should take Calcium with every dose you take.

I was considering changing up and trying the A, D, E, & K dose(s) on an empty stomach at bedtime/overnight. And my calcium doses for the most part are throughout the day and often too close to my meals to be considered an "empty" stomach.

Just a thought on mixing and matching doses.  Thanks.

So why not also take some calcium (and boron) when you take your ADEKs on an empty stomach?  I am trying to take my D away from food as well but I still take it with calcium.
