OT-As Of Today!
Finally got a call back from my surgeon regarding my upcoming DS surgery August 17th and my recent broken foot, June 17th.
As of now, given a 2 month healing rate by my ortho, if nothing goes wrong, my surgery date will stand as is.
The nurse states I just have to be able to be mobile for my every 2 hr walks. Surgeon is more worried about buttock muscle breakdown while on the table so long, more so than the extremities.
Wish me luck, swing critters, say a prayer, whatever you believe, please!
