But seriously, low carbing works even better, lol!
When I'm going out on a date (which, um, honestly has been happening quite frequently lately so I haven't been taking it every time) I'll pop two Devrom as a security blanket.
It works in my case, other people say it doesn't work at all.
I stay away from white flour and rice and I pretty much don't need it. BUT, if I do need it, I have it.
I bought one bottle of 100 tablets when I was about 3 months post op, and I still have half the bottle left..

I used it when I was in Africa. When I was there I didn't really have a say in what food I got to eat. Most of the stuff I ate was pretty high carb. It worked super well for me there. I don't think I would use it everyday tho. I am sure you could develop and immunity to it. It is like taking pepto every day.
