B12 Nasal Spray

Just found out about vitamin b12 nasal spray today. Anyone used it? I am intrigued.

I haven't used it but in theory it should work. All you can do is test it with your own labs. You might want to get the B12 up and over 1000 first and see if the spray can hold that level. I wouldn't go longer than 3 to 6 months between labs though.

Is it a prescription or OTC?

Careful cause you'll absorb allll of the dose and it may send your B's sky high.  Worth trying but I'd be sparing with it.  Get re: tested on the labs front in 3 months.
