 Oh, and eat ur protein with ds. It's 30grams at 30 days, 60 at 60 and 90 from there on out. So lots a good stuff! Protein shakes, bars, meats, cheese, peanut butter.. Etc

I don't know where you got the idea that DSers only absorb 30% of what we eat. That is simply not true. Of course there is some individual variation, but on average we absorb roughly 50% of the protein we eat, 60% of the complex carbs, 20% of the fats, and nearly 100% of the simple carbs.
