RNY revision to DS Dr Kemmeter

Had RNY in 2011 and never made goal,  had lots of complications including constant dumping and reactive hypoglycemia that is crippling me. I'm considering a revision to ds with Dr Kemmeter here in Michigan.  I am going for consultation on 12/30. Anyone have him? Any advice?

Dr. Kemmeter has an excellent reputation. I don' t know how many RNY to DS revisions he's done but you can certainly ask him that. It's a big operation but it sounds like you and your health are suffering with your RNY. Good decision.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Kemmeter. He did my husband's VSG 3/09 and mine 4/09. He repaired a hiatal hernia for me at that time. I'm getting ready to have the DS due to bile reflux unrelated to the VSG, next Friday, 12/19 with a second (and hopefully last) hiatal hernia repair. Everyone at his office are also great to work with. I like all the PAs. He's a skilled surgeon and also has a great bedside manner.
