L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
S - another Greek yogurt
D - Brazilian steakhouse--oh, we really don't want to go there but I enjoyed myself to the max

4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework...keeping the gandbabies under control at the restaurant

Hi MajorMom, Do you track your calories, carbs and protein intake at all? 

I am still in loss mode, but need to be eating more calories. I am trying to add more items to my diet and find hard boiled eggs, and cooked eggs with cheese to help, but I am still short on calories - my surgeon wants me at 1500 a day. I hit my protein goal of 90grams a day and try to stay under 50grams of carbs. 

I have tried adding bacon, or sausage to increase my calories but they are pretty fatty and still tend to upset my stomach, as does more than about an ounce of cheese, or greek yogurt, or other carbs. 

Any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated. :)

I never tracked calories only carbs to make sure I was under my goal (less than 50 grams) and protein to make sure I was getting enough (90 - 120 grams via protein shakes...food extra). Calories are pretty useless, IMO. Just keep doing what you're doing, you know what your system can handle right now regarding fats and oils and what it can't. If you're getting plenty of protein, you're golden.
