S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts or snack-size bag of popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts or snack-size popcorn
D - steak w/mushrooms and asparagus
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs at work

Chick fil-a grilled sandwich 1/2 the roll thrown out
2 mini donuts
Decaf protein iced coffee
2 homemade tacos w/ all the fixin's
Small scoop of ice cream
Decaf protein iced coffee
1/2 Lebanon bologna & Swiss on 1/2 slice of rye
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
