L - protein shake (30g)
S - appropriately buttered snack-size popcorn
D - steak and salad
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs

Matzo ball soup- minus the ball
1/2 fried egg, cheese, & scrapple on toasted rye
4 squares of chocolate
Greek yogurt
Decaf protein shake

Breakfast: Banana, Atkins bar, 2 small bags of almonds.
Lunch: Greek Salad
Snack: Cashews
Snack: 2 cheese sticks
Snack Atkins Bar
Dinner: chicken wings and some cherry tomatoes
Snack: Salami and cheese with mayo on a low carb tortilla
Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese
Snack: 2 Cheese quesadillas on low carb tortillas

Looks good. My hubby eats those low carb tortillas for lunch every day in the form of a turkey wrap. I don't think I could eat just one.
