evening batch:

EXERCITES:
walking, stairs and a few leaning push-ups

Today was a snack day! I unfortunately did not have a "meal" until dinner.

B: Atkins bar
S: Snack pack (carrots, apples, cheese, almonds)
S: cheese sticks
S: Think Thin pecan pie protein bar (OMG SO GOOD!)
S: Cup of soup instant soup
S: 3/4 of a 7-11 hot dog
S: Packet of almonds
S: Dried pineapple
D: 1/2 Wendy's BBQ chicken salad, and a large chili
S: Burger with cheese and salad
S: 2 pieces of wasa bread with cheese and mayo
S: Chicken soup

Snacking has always been my weakness. I'm trying to pack snacks these days so I do not buy junk food from the gas station convenience store
