S - Guam and Hawaii visited work today...we got chocolate covered macadamia nuts
D - salmon baked in foil
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
stairs

Got to work and my tummy decided to be upset the rest of the day. Yuck.
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Decaf protein coffee
1 slice deli ham, 1/2 slice of Swiss
5 - 7 Cheez doodles
Decaf protein shake
Roast beef that didn't settle well
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: missed a few batches
Fluids: lots of hot tea & decaf coffee
