Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

Pre-B - 3 protein coffees (90g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - cubed ham
L - leftover Kung Pao chicken
S - protein shake (30g)
D - beef hotdogs
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron: stopped
evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day
stairs and leaning push-ups

I'd feel a lot better if the scale would start moving consistently.
