S - Isopure with crush grape sugar free packet -20 oz water - (20g protein)

L - Fage yogurt with vanilla bean protein and vanilla syrup - zero calorie zero carbs(45g protein)

S - Isopure with crush grape sugar free packet -20 oz water - (20g protein)

D - Baked Fish and Mashed Cauliflower(25g protein)

S - Pass

Lunch batch: done

Evening batch:

EXERCITES:

I've gotten tired of plain old shrimp. Bacon wrapped sounds really tasty. Perhaps I'll try it later this week.
