Pre-B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - peanuts
L - small chicken Caesar salad and chips
S - protein shake (30g)
D - chicken stir fry w/a little fried rice
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - fresh salsa and nachos

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day
stairs

This is what I expect to eat. Plus three rounds of vitamins.

My exercise will be running football drills today at practice with my son.

Coffee w/ almond creamer

Protein shake w/ three cups of spinach and chia seeds made with flax milk

Wasabi peas

Lentil veggie soup over rice with roasted sweet potatoes and side of cauliflower.

Avocado toast - 2 slices

Lentil pasta w/ veggie tomato sauce and tofu Italian sausage.

Wasabi peas

It went as planned except I also ate some quinoa, spinach and dried cranberries as a snack later. Yum.
