 Hi,

I am running again and find with my being overweight for years my bladder and uterus has fallen.  It would take major surgery and really don't want to go down that road just yet.

I do find when I try to workout and run I leak urine (sorry for the picture in your mind on this one).  I have tried different things pads and such and they either are to bulky or tear apart.  Any females out there that have this issue? If so, did you find anything that worked for you during workouts?

Thanks!

I Kegel all day long!  At my desk, in my car...........

I hear marathon runners just pee on themselves when running?? Maybe just let the trickle cool ya down???
