2X a day schedule

Anyone workout twice a day?  If so, what is your schedule like?  I'm a teacher and school's almost out so I'm looking for a good 2 a day schedule to get me where I need to be before the fall gets here.  My goal is to gain endurance cardio wise and to strengthen and  tone as well.  I currently workout 4-6 days a week w/  30-60 minutes of cardio and 30-60 minutes of alternating upper/lower body weights per session.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

I do twice a day a lot. I work in a small office about 5 minutes from the gym though. That makes it very easy to go b4 work and then go back at lunch time. I am in my own space so nobody complains about the odor either

Do you do cardio 1st at one session then weights at the 2nd session or do you incorporate both in each session?  Just curious.... thanks for your reply.

Weights 1st is my rule. You can lift heavier if your fresh. I always do cardio last when I'm already worn down. Usually the 2nd workout is strictly cardio.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
