Saturday workouts

leaving for Mauy Thai training just now.. or for me this morning 'muay try"  my achilles have a strain and im gonna try to work em out a little despite that..injury has cost me about three days training this week allready.. have a great weekend everyone!

I rode 80 miles today in 4:24:01... Lots of hills and the usual 20mph winds to accompany. Big run tomorrow...

rough century ride this AM... tried to hang with the A group but was dropped on one of the steep hills, then like a dumb-ass fried my legs trying to catch up for the next 5 or 6 miles.  hooked up with a chase group but just didn't have the legs to keep up on the hills and was dropped again.  not good for the ego :)  ended up a decent ride albeit very humid, and it got pretty lonely riding solo for 75 - 80% of the time.  legs didn't cramp this week ****il the ride home) which was good.  i took endurolytes for the first time, one an hour, seemed to work pretty well.  details if you are interested...
