Is that tomorrow?

Dang was going for a couple more weeks to train.

I think the size of the crowd and number of runners that is starting to freak me out.

yeah, it is going to be the biggest race i've been in by far.  i was pretty intimidated when i thought that there were 6,832 people that qualified with a faster time than me.  then my wife mentioned that there were 53,167 people that had slower (or no times listed) lining up behind me.  crazy.

Rode from one side of the state to the other and back today. It's great living in Delaware. The Delaware Doublecross is 32 miles. We finished in just over 2 hours. My only complaint is that there were several cyclist who tried to join us but never took their turn pacing. So I had to drop them at the beginning of each hill.

Did a little speed work this morning. Three hill quick hill repeats and a 1/2 mile at 3:21 just to get a baseline of where I am for my 800 meter race on Aug 7.
