sunday workouts

so in a few hours i'm going to be mr. mom this week while my wife heads out for a biz trip.... god help the children :)

today i was able to hit the gym for a 60 min spin class followed by 60 min of weights (chest/tri).  then i met the wife and kids and the family swam for a couple of hours.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

 4 mile run.. 4 miles I couldn't get in last night.  Caps off the most training I've ever done in a week.  I am beat.  Utterly wasted.  And since I didn't get the long run done in one day, no rest day for me this week.. back at it tomorrow!

I tried to do my long run in two parts but had to cut part two short. (Well and part one too but only by 15 min.) My calf is still recovering from Vineman, I think.

Anyway, I got in 10 miles total. Was hoping for 15.
