Missed the alarm AND the gym this morning, but at least I got 8 hours sleep!

Tonight: karate forms and self defense, one hour, plus pushups/situps and elliptical. Back to gym routine tomorrow morning.

Rode my bike to the coffee shop to have lunch with my wife...About 2.3 miles each way.  This evening rode to the local high school...Wanted to see the local football team pratice.  But they were in meetings so didn't see anything.  Rode around the high school and back...About 3 miles total.
