Friday Workouts!!!

Scott William
on 8/11/11 8:44 pm
For the third day in a row, I went for a run.  1.4 today and the back and toe were good.  The knees need a little reconditioning after nearly 6 weeks off.  Tomorrow may be a 2.5 or 3 mile day.

What did you do today?!?!
Scott

 how'd it feel?

It hurt, I took 5 days off swimming to let my shoulder heal some, and the pain wasn't as excruciating as its been. I have been icing my shoulder the past 5 days and that seems to have helped as well. As soon as I get home from Louisville after the race, I have 3 things planned, a tattoo, haircut, and see a doctor about my shoulder

It was in a pool and I did the 2 miles in 1:08:54, so I an guess-timating my IM swim time to be between 1:40 and 1:46, no matter what my time is, all long as I make the cut-off I will do a little dance at the swim exit.
