Last PT appointment for the shoulder. This afternoon will be spent getting the last minute things done for babys arrival.  Hopefully I can get in 6 miles tomorrow morning.

Taught my 5:45am Spin Class, but it was full to capacity and no bikes! Halfway through a gal got up and I stole her bike. So, 30 Minute Spin, and then swam 1000M in 17 minutes. Have an awesome day!

Now 2 rest days b4 my half on Sunday.

The humid is back! Ran 4-miles and called it quits when the rolling lightning appeared overhead. Good thing is we didn't need our flashlights, the bad thing is we didn't need our flashlights, or anything metal attracting the lightning. Ten minutes after I got home it was another torrential downpour.

Rode 3 miles to lunch...Then 3 miles home.  It was in the heat of the day...Not good for my heart, but I need to get out there more.

Club did the Hill route but I figured that was dumb while tapering and I did our normal route (they overlap so I started and ended with the club). I broke 15mph moving average! First time on this route! (22.29 miles)

Then I did a short, fast run after just to shake out  my legs. Broke 10 min miles for the first time since I got injured! (1 mile)
