I ran 6 easy miles with my gorgeous wife this morning, followed by an easy 500M Swim. I teach my 5pm Spin Class tonight and then I am shutting it down. RACE WEEK BABY!!! IRONMAN LOUISVILLE, HERE WE COME!!!!

Did a 5 mile/8k run on the freeway to 10k training. So it's 14 minute intervals of running and I am so excited that I am almost done the program, 2 more weeks.

I'll probably walk downtown to the Monday morning market.

Done 1521k of my 3553k nine month challenge!

When I get home, I'm having my wife set up my bike (since I only have use of one arm) on the trainer and I'm going to spin for 30-60 min.
