60 min spin class this morning (hills)
60 min weights (chest/tri)

my back and hips were really hurting this morning, i had two choices, suck it up and take the pain or rest and feel depressed/regret.  i chose the pain, and am glad i did, a lot of the pain worked out half way through, i still have a ways to go to fully recover, but it was encouraging i could get through today.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Walked and jogged off and on for 2 miles in 30 minutes on the dreadmill and then decided I was pretty sore so I walked on the track for about 5 minutes to cool down and then did some serious much needed stretching for about 20 minutes...felt good. Might do some strength work tonight but I'm not sure yet. I do so bad on the weekends both with food and exercise because I just want to relax and have a "break" from eating healthy and I really struggle. Thank god sunday is my rest day I just need to eat right...sigh.
