    Just wanted to say- I'm so proud of myself! The climb in Cincinnati is 804 steps and today I climbed 815! The Climb is Feb 19th.
    I have severe Asthma so it will be such a blessing to make it to the top!

    I think having a fitness goal- something to keep training for will keep a person on track with weight loss goals.

    Have any of you done this in your city?
