haven't been on these forums in a while..  got tired or reading complainers and surgery wars all day long. but anyway  little over a year post OP now,  and 98 pounds down    kind of at a plateau now scale wise (the numbers not moving for like two months now) but still shrinking   training muay Thai hard!  will continue to check in from time to time

good news in the surgery war aspect is that most of the people who started them have been removed from OH or moved to a site ran by that group. So there is 1 less reason to stay away.

we do not have war on this particular board...at least not about surgery!  We might get into a "you're so awesome" "no, dude, YOU are so awesome" brawl!

Congrats on your success.. The plateau might be due to you getting so fit!  Muscle weighs more than fat.  You might want to change up your diet some... sometimes eating a little bit more makes the scale move (counterintuitive, but it can work)!

never got past the mental block that sometimes eating more increases weight loss!

welcome back... no flame wars here, i can't really remember any contention in the 3+ years i've been posting here.  i avoid all the other forums, there seemed to be a bunch of negativity abound there.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
