Where you taking in sufficient calories? That's a lot of working out and needs to be fueled by good clean calories. If people cut too many calories and exercise like mad it can really play havoc with your metabolism.

Are you still keeping up with calorie/protein you are consuming.  Most people vastly overestimate the amount of calories burned and  easily consume to many calorie.  OR conversely (as previously mentioned) you may not be taking in nearly enough calorie to compensate and are sending your body the wrong signals.  :-)     Have you had your body fat measured to see if there has been a difference in before and after?

Diet is still THE most important factor when wanting to lose the weight.  As they say "you can't work out a bad diet."  When working out your body will use more complex carbohydrates for energy during the workout.  Protein is for the muscle repair and long term energy.  CONSISTENCY is incredibly important.  Take progress pictures, take measurements the scale doesn't measure muscle and doesn't always give an accurate rating of progress.  keep track of everything you are eating and how you are training.

If you need ANY help at all or a few suggestions please feel free to let me know and I would be more than happy to help!
