Weekend Workout

Hi All-Went to the Y today and am switching it up..decided to do some strength training and did 20 different machines for both upper and lower body work...went well and going to try to incorporate more strength training going forward!!

Ran in a 10k race, not sure what my time was but I think it was around 55ish min... Despite pouring/freezing rain and volunteering beforehand, had a great time!

It was raining here so I didn't do the indoor workout I was supposed to and made up my own. Yesterday I went for a run during a break in the rain and then got rained on after all. Oops! Today I'm going for a bike ride to try out a mountain bike.

Nice job on your workouts...Today I did a 6 mile run but same foot that bothered me before flared up again, gonna get it checked out!

Nice job on the 10K Nfarris! Bill, my foot was bothering me and I got one of the plantar fasciitis sleeves, iced it, and used "the stick" to roll my calves and arches.  I'm feeling a lot better.

Friday I did intervals of 10R 2W x 2 and Sunday I ran for 25 minutes straight.  Building up time and endurance. 

HW: 274 SW: 241  CW: 149 --- 5'6 (Surgery date 11/26/2013)
