Yes..had MRI and Orhto surgeon is being conservative and doesn't want to operate yet. Got fluid drained from the knee and Cortisone shot. That has helped for now. But sometimes still painful. There was a time prior to drain/shot that I literally couldn't walk more than two or three steps.

Hi All-
I am a newbie. Had my first consult with my surgeon yesterday. Because of my insurance, my WLS will not be for at least six months. I HATE exercise. Walking I am okay with. A little weight lifting that is okay too. I have a recently torn meniscus so I am limited as to what I can do. But I feel I have to do something. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
