Hi, I've got my date... May 24th, Dr. Bock says no gaining weight and I have to get my blood sugars down by then. No more "last time" treats. Jerry

Congratulations Jerry. Doesn't it make a huge difference when you get that date? It did for me. Good luck with losing some weight before then. I think that's a new requirement now. You're in good hands with Dr. Bock. I don't know if you eat much fast food, but I totally cut that out and it helped a lot. After I watched the movie "Super Size Me," it made it pretty easy to do.
