Posting pictures
My son just told me how to do it. 
First make sure you have a picture of you on your computer.
Then go to PHOTODUMP.com and register. Click on Upload.
Next browse and find your picture and upload it.
Copy the FILE NAME.
Go to this website and update "Your Profile".
Post the FILE NAME into the URL box.
I hope this works for you. I need to figure out how to make the pictures smaller however.

Hi Mari. Try this website: http://www.pageresource.com. There are tons of tutorials out there to teach you HTML, the language (or whatever it's called) that is used to manipulate, update, spruce up (whatever) your profile.
