OMG Protein Pudding

1 snack pack of Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla or Chocolate pudding

1 scoop on protein powder (I like berry flavor)

1 tbs water.

Mix water with powder until well incorporate and not lumpy (add more water if necessary) a little at a time.  Then mix in pudding and then add cool whip free.

OMG yum-o

I've done it with vanilla protein powder and added a flavored water mix in like Orange OMG it tasted like a creamsicle

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Thanks for the recipe. I will really have to get some pudding and try it.  I have to watch myself to not get sucked back into the "sweets" eating.  Carbs and sweets call my name, or used to.  Not as much now.

I find that while this recipe is sweet it is very satisfying because of the protein powder.  The powder I have has at least 25grams of protein so at the end I am so full.  Hope you try it and love it as much as I do.

Here is the recipe that I have for protein pudding as well.
16 oz low fat cottage cheese
1 box SF pudding( any flavor)
4 T skim or 1% milk
12 oz Free or Lite cool whip
1 scoop whey powder
Combine first 3 ingredients til creamy then fold in cool whip. Place in refrigerator til firm(about 2 hrs)

I have done this in chocolate and topped with fresh strawberries and banana slices to change it up as well. Each 1/2 cup serving has 25g protein

Just wanted you both to know that I've added both of these recipes to my lapband recipes.  Will be trying them in the next week.   Thanks!

These sound really good. I make one with Greek yogurt, a tbls.of SFFF pudding and a little cool whip. Sometimes you just have to feed the sweet tooth.
