Argh! One of thise days yesterday. Started healthily and then got the munchies! Ate all day! Smsll amounts but every half hour. Cereal, extra lattes, nuts, chocolate, dessert, icecream, cookies.

And this morning I feel horrible! As I slways do! Nauseous. Headache. Lethargic.

But it is, as always, a wake up call. This s how I used to feel every day of my ( obese ) life!!

I can relate!  It's Halloween, as you know, and eventhough I waited till yesterday to buy the candy for the trick-or-treaters I managed to get into it last night!

I managed to lose 6 lbs over that last month and I refuse to go backwards again!  Lesson learned because I pd's because of it!  I think I'll lock myself in my bedroom and let my Stepson answer the door tonight AND make sure that ever bit of candy is gone!

While not pleasant sometimes we need those physical reminders from over-indulgence.  As for me, it's a blesing because for most of my life I felt sick, lethargic, etc., etc. and never realized it was from my crappy diet!

Today's a new day!

Lisa, that's exactly me! I always felt lacking in energy, lots of low  grade headaches, slight nausea in the morning.  Nothing really wrong, just not right. It took my band to teach me that abusing food doesn't just put on the weight. It made me feel lousy all the time!

Thanks for reminding us Kate, that we have control over that awful, sluggish, headachey feeling by making better choices about what we eat.  Sometimes I like to think that I eat badly because I feel badly, and not vice versa.

Your picture is gorgeous.  I never did figure out how to get my new one small enough to avatar.
