What a great year it has been. I have learned so much about myself and the people around me. I have learned how to exercise and eat right and just all around live a healthy lifestyle. I am so proud of myself every time I look in the mirror.
To keep it short and sweet.... FINALLY something that frikin works! I love my Band and am happy with my decision. I am glad that I have stuck with the band rules and worked my band with exercise to get where I have gotten to.
I am just happy.... period. This site has been awesome also, glad I found it. I just wish I had done this sooner.. but that's okay! I have a great
quality life ahead :)
