346: All time high 7/1/10 - BMI = 52
326: Tufts Medical Center, Surgery 12/27/10 BMI=49

210: 12/31/14 -->0 lb gain BMI=30

209: 1/4/15---1 lb Loss BMI=30

137 Total Weight Loss

Overall, HAPPY to be down a pound. Eating was a little better this week, but between New Years Eve and being on vacation had some poor choices. It comes down to choices every time I eat...I know which is which but not always the easiest to do!!

Good Week of exercise. Love the pic about the Gym...about what it is like at the Y I am a member at. Was able to exercise 6/7 days in past week.

Vitamins and Water are good overall.

Well, another decent week in the books. My East Carolina Pirates fought hard but came up short against the Gators. NCAA record setter Justin Hardy alumni of my high school, should be a top pick at the next level though. Feel bad for that Florida running back who did not take Don's advice about trusting a fart, as unfortunately he soiled his white pants on National TV.
