4 weeks in
New to site. I've been reading it for a little bit and its been helpful.
i'm 4 weeks past RNY. Its been amazingly good. No pain at all, literally. I couldve left the hospital the day after surgery. Since then weight has melted off ( down 50 lbs since September). I've been able to ride the eliptical every day and cant wait to getvthe ok to go back to lifting weights ( I gave that up about 10 years ago when the weight started to accumulate). I understand that I've been really lucky and my experience is different than a lot of other people. Im so happy I did this.
