Has anyone have sleeve surgery in Cancun? Feeback requested

Hi, my sister is considering having sleeve surgery in Cancun. I would like to know if anyone has had this done in Cancun and hear details on your experience. Thank you!

My sister changed her mind about having the procedure in Cancun. She is going to see Dr. Guillermo Ortiz in Tiajuana.

Is TJ very dangerous these days?  We are also considering Dr. Alvarez who is just outside the Mexican border near San Antonio, TX.  I have read numerious positive reviews about Dr. Alvarez. 

i had gastric sleeve with dr. ramos kelly march 2011; picked up in san diego at my hotel driven to hospital by dr. kelly's driver no problems.  he is very good surgeon. hospital a little dated but clean and all nurses except one spoke english; i myself am an RN and i was happy wit the care i got.  price $5300.00 for surgery , dr, hospital, meds.

I had my surgery with Armando Joya in Puerto Vallarta. He was fantastic.
